Dear Don,

I am writing this letter on behalf of our two families who had such a positive experience in purchasing our Dream Cottage with your assistance.

The idea of two families buying a cottage probably does not warm the heart of a normal Realtor, for obvious reasons, but I have to say you were unbelievably helpful from day 1.

Not only did you drive us to numerous properties, but you also took the time to really try and understand what our needs were – not an easy task with 4 adults and 5 young children!!

So thank-you for your patience in the buying process, but I also have to heap praise on you for the additional assistance you gave after the sale and especially on closing day. You took your snow blower over and cleared the driveway, cleared it again manually after a big snowfall the very next day, you turned on the heat and had the cottage cosy warm and turned on lights. Finally you even came to rescue us at 10:30 pm the night we arrived, when we slid into a ditch and could not get any tow trucks to come and help us. This was done on a freezing night and you stayed with us for 3 hours until we finally made it into the “Warm and Cosy” cottage.

You are by far the best Realtor I have ever dealt with and wish you all the success in the world.
